Latino Cooking Workshop & Tasting Event
Learn hands-on how to make foods from the Central and South American culinary traditions. We’ll work on some homemade tortillas, salsa, smoked veggies, and use uncommon cuts of pork to create flavorful and authentic dishes. Limited to 100 participants. Profits will be donated to Slow Food Charlotte to help finance travel of the group’s 15 delegates to Slow Food’s biennial world conference, Terra Madre in October.
