Our New Restaurant: Harvest Moon Grille at the Dunhill

Finally!  A completely AUTHENTIC farm-to-table restaurant in Charlotte! (and it’s even run by a real farmer: our very own Cassie!).  We have teamed up with the folks at the Historic Dunhill Hotel in uptown to offer a spectacular dining experience which features food made fresh with ingredients from farmers we know within 100 miles of Charlotte.  Just like it’s kid sister, our Harvest Moon Grille food cart, nothing is from a can or a box.  We even make some of our own cheeses in-house!  The leftover whey is used as an ingredient in our house-made crackers, soups or baked goods.  Veg scraps go home to the vermi-compost pile.
