Our “Porkalicious Cooking Academy”

Our five-course curriculum is deisgned to equip students with the knowledge and skills to get the most value and fun from their pork dollar.  Some unique features: the class is hands-on, students will get to take home fresh pork to duplicate the dishes at home, and graduates of the full 5-course curriculum will get discounts for life on our amazing pork products!  You can take the courses ala carte if you like - if only one interests you, or your travel schedule makes doing the whole series impossible, just take the one(s) you can make it to!

Classes will be from 6-8pm at Friendship Trays kitchen.   To register, fill out the form below and mail with your check to us, or you can bring the form to us at the farmers markets.  Space is limited to 14 participants per class.  Priority seating will go to participants opting for the full 5-course curriculum.  Sign up with a buddy for the full 5-course curriculum, and you both get a free meal at our Harvest Moon Grille!

Registration fees include all supplies and materials used during class, and fresh pork that each student can take home and duplicate the dishes we make in class.  Each student is asked to wear comfortable clothing, and bring a hat or suitable head covering.
